(Washington, DC) - The Interim Chairperson, Towanda Paul-Bryant, called to order the Board’s second public meeting for 2009 on May 15, 2009 at 2:03 pm in Room 220 at 441 4th Street, NW.  The quorum consisted of Cliftine Jones, Towanda Paul-Bryant, Henry Terrell, George Toll, James Walker and Sean Warfield.
