(Washington, DC) - The Annual Report covers the activities of Tax Year 2010.  The Board made major improvements in processes and streamlined its operations in Tax Year 2010.  Even with the Board's caseload increasing by 27% from the previous year, the appeals process ran more efficiently this season that in years past.
