Notice Of Administrative Meetings

The District of Columbia Real Property Tax Appeals Commission will hold its 2017 Administrative Meetings on the following dates:

  • Wednesday, August 16, 2017
  • Monday, October 2, 2017
  • Friday, November 3, 2017
  • Wednesday, December 6, 2017

All meeting will start at 4:00 p.m. and will be held in the Commission offices located at 441 4th Street, NW, Suite 360N, Washington, DC 20001. Below is the draft agenda for all meetings. A final agenda will be posted to RPTAC’s website at rptac.dc.gov. For additional information, please contact: Carlynn Fuller, Executive Director, at (202) 727-3596.

  2. Ascertainment of a Quorum
  3. Report by the Chairperson
  4. Report by the Executive Director
  5. Appealing your Real Property Tax Assessment
  6. Comments from the Public - Limited to 2 Minutes
  7. Adjournment

 

Individual who wish to submit comments as part of the official record should send copies of the written statements no later than 5 p.m. on the following dates::

For August 16th meeting, the deadline is Monday, August 14, 2017

For October 2nd meeting, the deadline is Thursday, September 28, 2017

For Novmeber 3rd meeting, the deadline is Wednesday, October 25, 2017

For December 6th meeting, the deadline is Monday, December 4, 2016
